- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been banking with Wells Fargo for five years now. After reading these reviews, I'm not sure these people are aware or know where the Prattville branch is. I've had nothing but pleasant and helpful tellers every single time I go in. The one bad day/experience was after losing my debit card and license, they wouldn't allow me to withdraw money, even after producing alternate forms of ID. They let me use some standard of money, something like $50 to go get a new license. Unfortunately for me, it was late Friday. I was unable to access any funds until Monday. Recently however, this problem was addressed with the alternate pin for situations such as this.By Scott Osborne, August 14, 2017
